Mechanical Properties :

The castings of the whole machine are made of high quality Meehanite cast iron which is already annealed to eliminate stress.
Optimized lathe bed structure guarantees excellent dynamic stiffness of the machine tool.
The guide rails of three axes are fully enclosed with protective covers with outstanding protective properties.
Pneumatic broach device means simple and fast tool change.
Lubricating oil circulation device supplies oil to the ball screw on periodic basis or based on the stroke to prevent the screw from expanding in case of heat, and to extend the service life of the screw and bearing, and to ensure stable processing quality even after years of use.
The machine tool is equipped with original high-speed precision spindle from Taiwan, original high precision ball screw from Taiwan, NSK Bearings from Japan and Germany couplings to ensure precision and long service life of the machine tool.
