Mp series vertical planetary concrete mixer adopts german technology. This kind of planetary concrete mixer not only applies to produce common commercial concrete and precast concrete but also have solved many problems about high performance concrete mixing.
Motion trail: the revolution and rotation of the mixing blade are ensured by deep research and tests, so that we can avoid segregation phenomenon when the mixer are mixing all kinds of particle size and specific gravity of aggregate, in order to make the highest productivity. And the motion trail of the material in the mixer tank is smooth and continuous. The picture below showed that when there is a full revolution, the motion trail of the mixing blade will cover the whole mixing drum.
Transmission device: the transmission device adopts hardened reducer which are special designed by our company( has been patented). Equipped elastic coupling or hydraulic couple between the motor and the reducer.(optional, it can ensure the normal start even under full load condition). The power from the reducer can make the mixing arm make revolution and rotation, and let scraper arm do revolution. Thus can ensure there are both revolution and rotation, and the mixing motion trail is complicated, strongly mixing movement with high efficiency and uniform mixing quality.
The access door safety device: according to the markets’ device, our company used high reliability and sensitivity safety button on the access door, make it safety and convenient when overhaulling.
Discharging device: according to different needs of the customers, can adopt pneumatic or hydraulic way to open the discharging door, the maximum is three for the opening discharging door, and designed special sealing device on the discharging door to ensure firm sealing and reliable control.
