Semi-automatic vertical pneumatic pouch sealing machine is suitable for sealing of laminated preformed pouches and available in 3 models.

| Any type of preformed laminated pouch (Three/ four side/ center seal/ Stand up/ Zipper etc) is used on this machine. |
| Timer controlled all operations (Vacuum, Nitrogen and Sealing). |
| Adjustable pouch support for different pouch lengths (up to 30”). |
| Pouch holding is in vertical position. |
| Sealer length – 500 mm. |
| Sealing type- male female linings in heat type two jaws. |
| Pouch holding by silicon rubber to avoid wastage of Nitrogen. |
| Compressed air 3-4 cfm at 6 kg. / Cm. Sq. is required to operate this machine. |
| Power required – 220 VAC 50 Hz. Single phase, 3 kW max. |
| Vacuum pump is included with the machine. |
