Vertical Reciprocating Conveyors

Reciprocating conveyors are an economical solution for lifting totes, boxes, and parcels between two or more levels. NERAK’s reciprocating conveyors can move packages from 2 kg to over 5,000 lbs and are available in lightweight, medium, and heavy-duty payload models. We are not limited to only belt or roller conveyors; they are just common options. We can easily integrate to customers' existing equipment or requirements.
Lightweight series – for payloads up to 80 kg175 lbs. Modular design uses a single rubber block chain in an aluminum profile frame.
Medium-duty series – for payloads up to 300 kg660 lbs. The material-lifting carriage is suspended from steel-reinforced belts or rubber chains.
Heavy-duty series – for payloads up to 2.5 tons5500 lbs. The material-lifting carriage is suspended from steel-reinforced belts or rubber chains.
