This model is suitable for packing free flow products namely hardware items, bolts, nuts, washers, O rings, compound kits, chocolates, candies, beans, kurkure, chips, fryms, mixtures, camphor tablets, medicinal tablets etc.

Description of VFFS With Bucket Conveyor Machine
This is a vertical form, fill and seal machine for packing all types of granular gravity flow products. This machine shall make center seal pouches.
This model is mainly designed to pack 10 gm to 100 gm product packing. Maximum reel width can be used in this model is 250 mm open width with 76 mm core ID, 250 mm OD.
Pouch length is controlled by electromagnetic clutch brake and two pairs of vertical sealing rollers which is synchronized with PLC and print registration sensor as well as shaft encoder.
Unprinted packing material can also be used in this machine.
