Vibrating Hopper Sieve

Introduction:
Vibrating hopper feeder is a new type feeding equipment installed in various feed bin bottom. It makes the material loose though vibration so that it can eliminate the material arching camber, blocking, attaching and solve silo discharging problem.
Application:
Vibrating hopper feeder is widely used in chemical, construct, metallurgy, machine making, food, food processing, feed processing, environmental protection and ceramics.
Principle:
Vibrating hopper feeder composed of hopper, directional structure, supporting spring, magnetic plug and base. The hopper mostly is dial type (also straight channel). There is the spiral rising tilted tough inside the dial type. The directional structure settled in the side of tilted tough exit, when the work piece passed the tough exit doing directional movement. Supporting spring is usually three or four board spring tilted installed. Magnetic plug is as the exciting force.
