Vibro Destoner

Vibro paddy de-stoner is meant to clean paddy and remove dust, impurities and stones. The machine consists of mainly two Vibro motors and screen frame. The material is delivered to the main machine at a uniform rate. By the Vibro motors the machine will be vibrated in oscillation motion. With the help of a blower attached to Vibro paddy de-stoner, the paddy is made over the screen thus giving way for better separation of stones by the principle of gravity. The mixture of paddy and stones coming from first separation screen is separated again by the final separation screen. So that the stones are separated completely from paddy.
