The Mukul Vibro Purifier consists of two independently working sections. The main elements of the machine are all metal construction, a common body, two oscillating sieve boxes, two oscillating collecting boxes.
Semolina Vibro Purifier is used for cleaning & classify of the sieve in the flour & semolina plant. It is worked by the mean of vibration motor which provide vibration movement.
Driven by 2 vibro motor. The segregation of the semolina or dunst is made on one or three layer decks of sieves. Each layer consists of 4 inserted sieve frames. During the purification bran light particles are lifted by air current from below through the sieves. The sieves are continuously cleaned automatically by self-propelling brushes. The air-flow is controlled by shutter valves instead of commonly used flaps or slides. The Vibro Motors give oscillating movements to the sieving and collecting boxes.
