Vidalista 20 Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). It increases blood flow to the to help men get an erection. In PAH, it relaxes or widens the blood vessels inside the lungs, which reduces blood pressure in the lungs.

The active ingredient in Vidalista is Tadalafil. This works in a similar way to Sildenafil, the active ingredient in , by relaxing the blood vessels and therefore increasing the amount of blood flow in the genitals.

The most common side effects of this medicine include flushing, headache, blurred vision, muscle pain, upset stomach, nausea, back pain, and respiratory tract infections. Consult your doctor if the side effects are troublesome or persist.

Vidalista capsule can be dangerous to take alongside medicines known as nitrates (often prescribed for chest pain).
