Video Plate PUnch & Bender is designed keeping in mind the growing demand of quality CTP Plates in commercial & newspaper Web Presses.

The machine consists of :

Twin CCD Colored Cameras with 80 X magnification.
Optical Sensor for actuating conveyor for transport of plates for punching & bending in one cycle.

Three Point Register System for pre-alignment.

Servo controlled 3 Azis table with suctiion ensures aligning of the register mark on the plates with the preset master for accurate punching & bending.

Optional :

In- line Operation - The machine can be connected in-line to with all types of CTP Plate setters.
Customized Conveyor & Bump turn units,
Automatic Plate Stacker.

Note : Needs Compressed Air Connection at the time of installation at customer end.
