VIJICOL

VIJICOL is two-component starch based glue. Its manufacture includes our state-of-the art process for chemical reaction and in-direct heating at very high temperature. The advantage of this product is its unswerving quality and no batch-to-batch variation. It is unfettered from any sort of black particles and impurities. This product is significantly stable with unfailing flow properties. It has excellent tack at any concentration resulting in formation of fibre tear bond with minimum cure time. Due to smooth flow of the paste, uniform glue spreading resulting in higher mileage and lower consumption of Glue. Excellent bonding coupled with shorter drying time enables end user to increase the speed of the Mc and hence higher production. Ease of cleaning Mc parts resulting in lower idle time and labor cost.
