Vardenafil relaxes blood vessel muscles and enhances blood flow to specific parts of the body. Vardenafil is a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence).

When used with vardenafil, several medications might have undesirable or hazardous side effects. Inform your doctor about all of your medications, particularly Riociguat.

Vilitra 10mg Tablets should not be taken if you are simultaneously taking nitrate medication for chest discomfort or cardiac issues, such as nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate, or some recreational substances such as "poppers." Taking vardenafil with nitrate medication might result in a fast and severe drop in blood pressure.

If your erection is uncomfortable or lasts more than 4 hours, contact your doctor or seek emergency medical treatment. A prolonged erection (priapism) can cause penile injury.

If you have abrupt vision loss while taking vardenafil, discontinue use and seek immediate medical attention.

Vardenafil can reduce blood flow to the optic nerve of the eye, resulting in temporary vision loss. This has happened to a tiny number of persons, the majority of whom also had heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or certain pre-existing eye disorders, as well as those who smoked or were over the age of 50. It is unclear if vardenafil is the cause of the visual loss.
