	Employee master details can be looked-up/linked to an external database with standard pipeline generated.
	Schedule / Reschedule Appointments
	Appointment summary with History and for appointments during period specified by start date/end date.
	Employee can view the visitor’s complete details in real time mode, along with photograph on web-based module.
	Multi user environment & Any Window Operation: i.e. visitor can report to and do check-in from any of the reception counters and gate-pass can be issued based on primary contact information as entered by the employee and may check-out from any other reception/security desk.
	Access map: A virtual access map can be designed in the application for the visitor to allow him access specified areas/doors for specified time validity only covered under Physical Access.

The Future Scope and Cross-Application Integration
	System is very much scalable to be integrated with MS Outlook and similar packages for easy data exchange and synchronisation.
	The VMS can easily be integrated with Physical Access Control System designed on a common platform and protocol suit, to map the access on various doors/gates on visitor’s EGP (Electronic Gate Pass). Any regular proximity/Mifare/HID card can be configured as EGP by software application.
