Natamycin

An antifungal medication that is effective against a variety of fungal infections especially against Aspergillus and Fusarium corneal infections
Topical natamycin should be considered as the treatment of choice for filamentous fungal keratitis

Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC)

Relieves dry eyes and eye irritation associated with deficient tear production and prevents corneal damage
Promotes corneal wetting and acts to lubricate and protect the eye & improves bioavailability of drug
