The Personal Edition has a limited library support compared to the Commercial Edition, and it may only be used privately for learning Visual Prolog.

The Personal Edition is free, has no time or session restrictions, and can be downloaded.

Visual Prolog 7.4 Commercial Edition

The Commercial Edition contains everything from the Personal Edition plus help generator tool, extra library support, COM support, ISAPI support, multithreading, ODBC, Sockets, pipes and many extra GUI controls.
