Voltmeter

Description :-Voltmeter is an instrument commonly used for measuring the voltage between two points in an electric circuit. It also measures differences of electric potential in volts or units that are fractions or multiples of volts. A voltmeter can also be considered as a very high resistance ammeter as voltage can be measured by allowing it to pass current through a resistance.The instrument is usually combined with an ammeter and an ohmmeter in a multipurpose instrument. Most voltmeters are analog types and based on a galvanometer.
