Efficient Distribution of energy resources (DERs) could lead to a flexible and sustainable energy network. Arnowa’s Virtual Power Plant (VPP) decentralises DERs by aggregating and optimising their distribution network. We reimagine the use of existing infrastructure to share power and create new revenue streams for collaborators. The VPP solution coupled with Arnowa’s Energy  Management System (EMS) software measures and monitors real-time power generation and consumption. By aggregating and controlling the DER network, the EMS optimises power management and redistributes power from prosumers to consumers. With smart inverter management and active and reactive power quality control, the stress on non-renewable power consumption is reduced, leading to a lesser carbon footprint.
