BeltPro Vulcanizing Presses offer quality equipment designed for trouble-free operation in the harshest conditions. Our presses are easy to set-up and operate.

Presses are built to provide uniform heating and pressure across the entire splice area, with heating up to 350F (180C) and specific pressure up to 200 psi (14kg/cm2). It’s quick heating and Integrated Cooling enable short splicing cycles cutting downtime.

They are designed to be used stand-alone or in combination with other BeltPro presses to cover larger splice lengths or widths.

All vulcanizing presses are designed to customer’s requirements for belt widths, splice lengths, combinations, voltages, configurations, etc.
