Walk-in Deep Freezer

The Pharmaceutical & allied industries use Deep freezers for effective storage of drug products, life-saving vaccines and samples for diagnosis, but are also perfectly suited for temperature tests and aging subjected at sub-zero temperatures.

They can be used for storage of fresh and frozen blood supplies and vaccines, also for storage of enzymes for research.

Allyone Walk-In Deep freezers are available with “Ante Chamber” as a barrier between Ambient & Sub Zero, so as to cool down the samples from ambient temp to near zero, then shift them in the Deep Freezer so as to make the process more efficient & economical for your need for a precision-controlled storage equipment as low as -30°C. Allyone deep freezers have great safety features and are trustworthy & reliable.

Standard Chamber Features & Provisions:

Construction: PCGI/SS 304/SS 316 Tongue & Groove Type Panels with PUF density of 40Kg/m³-Thickness: 120 mm for Deep Freezer With Pre-cooling Chamber (Ante-Room): Panel Thickness 80 mm

Sample Storage:

1. Racks: Heavy Duty SS 304 Frame secured strongly to chamber walls for strength.
2. Trays: Perforated types (CNC punched). Strengthened with support rails to prevent deformations.

Door 1: For Ante Chamber: PUF Insulated door with Viewing window of Double Layered Toughened Glass, mounted with imported hinges & locks.

Door 2: For Deep Freezer: PUF Insulated door mounted with imported hinges & locks.

Door Operation: Passcode protected door – from software & HMI.

Control System:

• Human Safety: “Person Trap” button provided inside the Ante chamber, which triggers Audio Visual alarm. The button enables the trapped person to
• come out even if the door is physically locked from outside
• Emergency Stop: Button provided from outside.
