Walking-beam-type washer for final cleaning of cylinder head

Layout with five to fifteen stations depending on cleaning requirements
Ability to integrate high-pressure deburring, vacuum drying and injection flood
Component rotation at individual cleaning stations for enhanced cleaning results
Manual / gantry or other type of automatic loading

Washing: high pressure deburr and cleaning; injection flood wash; seal and flush; spray wash (single-stage or multi-stage washing with superclean liquid in the final stage)
Drying: vacuum drying; compressed airblow; ambient / hot airblow; component rotation

Part Types: cylinder block; cylinder head; transmission housings; crankshafts; other machined parts with intricate geometries
Cleaning Application:

Targeted final cleaning of critical areas such as oil or fuel galleries and water jackets after machining
