Wall Mounted Elevating Work Platform

Designed for a production facility that fabricated one product type. The explosion proof electric drive system raises the single axis lift, which has a 21' long horizontal platform, from a lowered height of 10" to a maximum raised height of 12'. The platform is configured with connections for breathing air and process utilities.
The product moves through the area on a conveyor system and is always staged in the same spot for painting. The workers are able to reach out and paint from the side to the center of the product. This elevated lift utilizes explosion proof electronic motors, with pneumatic signal switches, interlocked to the customer's conveyor system for safety and ergonomic positioning.
