Wallform System

Wall form panels made out slotted Ms angles / Flats (40x5 or 45x4or 45x5etc.) welded with 2.5mm or 3.15mm sheets & suitably stiffened with ms-angles. It is a self- supporting system for concrete walls Available in pour heights of 1.25m, 2.5m or as per Client's requirement. Conventional wall form systems include Wall form Panels, Panel, Intenal Corner Panel, External Corner Panel, Lap Angles, Soldiers (light duty / heavy duty), Channel/Tubular Walers and standard wall form accessories like single clamp, Double / Bridge clamp, Assembly nut & bolt, Wedge & clip etc. Wall form systems can be either for one-sided shuttering or both sided shuttering with Loop anchors / Tie bars or Wall ties embedded in concrete. For curved walls flexible panels are used. Heavy-duty soldiers are used for single sided shuttering.
