AS/RS (automated storage and retrieval systems) usually consist of high racks and automatic piler,it refers to a variety of computer-controlled methods for automatically placing and retrieving loads form specific storage location .An AS/RS environment would encompass many of the following technology :horizontal carousels ,vertical carouses ,vertical lift modules(VLM) and /or the traditional traditional crane-in-Aisle Storage& Retrieval system that utilize storage retrieval (SR) crane..   2. AS/RS system is used in large scale storage, by forklift , goods can be easily and immediately selected , It provides easy beam adjustment and accommodates variable pallet heights. Lower level pallets can be located on the floor for picking purpose. This lowers structure costs. Alternatively additional beams can be added for lower picking. Infinitely adjustable and offering a wide range of options and components to accommodate specialized load types. This system rack usually consist of beams, diagnal bracings, horizontal bracings ,posts , shelves, base feet ,back meshes ,side meshes , pallets , box beams ,row spacers ,support bars, U-type protectors, wall buttresses , these parts can be assembled on the basis of customers' requirement , that means , the height , depth, width, structure and even color are all judged by customers' requirement.
