Side loading type Washing machine consisting Stainless steel Inner Drum with four numbers of pressed ‘U’ shape lifters with greater embossed perforations for speedy penetration of water & detergents while washing & rinsing. The inner drums ends are welded with SS plates with larger and strong door with SS lock and the outer drum and end plates are made out of stainless steel confirming to ANSI SS 304. The machine polished smooth surface of the inner drum together with embossing will protect the garments from damage.
The inner drum is robustly supported by two numbers of Drive & Drives shafts accurately mounted through three numbers of pillow Block Bearing mounted on the Robust & Rigid MS frame with elegant paint finish. The rotation of drum is achieved by drive arrangements consists of chain or ‘V’ Belt and sprocket pulley and belt from the 440V-TEFC motor (Crompton Greaves) of 3Ph. 50HZ for the final RPM of 36.
A panel board made of thick M.S. Sheet consisting of three phases Indicators, main Switches, overload relay, Inching button, Timer etc., Will be Provided to achieve Automatic forward and reverse rotation. Automatic time and stoppage of Machine. Provision for programming of auto Timer to customer’s specific requirement.
Safety limit switch to prevent the machine running while the outer drum door not in fully closed conditions.
Inching button helps to open the inner drum door easily with load.
