the whole pyrolysis plant is composed by 13 parts ,reactor ,transmission device, catalytic chamber, cooling tube, heavy tank ,oil-water separator,condenser,light oil tank, safety device, vacuum system,dedusting system, draft fan,chimmey
the key parts of the whole plant are reactor and cooling systems
reactor directly decides the machine's safety and service life. It is made by welded steel plate. So the quality of welding will have a direct on safety and service life. We use automatic welding machinewhich will not only guarantee the quality but also greatly improve working efficiency
cooling systems decides oil output. There are two steps for cooling. Cooling pipe is the first step. The second is condenser there are 57 pipes in one condenser which will guarantee you a high oil yield
6)pyrolysis working process
1. Firstly, put the raw material into furnace with auto feeder, then seal the feed inlet system.
2. Secondly, heat the reactor by fuel material (coal, or wood, or natural gas, oil ) in the combustion system .
when the temperature reaches around 150 degree celsius, oil gas begin to come out.
3. Oil gas will be cleaned in catalytic chamber ,then goes to cooling system to be cold to liquid oil. The gas which can not be cooled to liquid under normal pressure, will be guided to back to combustion system to heat the reactor instead of fuel,which can save energy.
4. After all the oil have been cooled down, the temperature of reactor will decrease, in same time ,carbon black will be discharged automatically.
5. Lastly, when the temperature fall to 40-50 degree celsius, worker could opened the door of reactor to discharge of steel wire .
6. Then can start to another batch working.
