DOSAGE
Ø Generally BIO-OXYMAS is to be applied at the rate of 1 Kg per 1,00,000 Liters of Sewage Treatment Plant Water.
Ø Dosage of 1 Kg to 2Kg of BIO-OXYMAS application per 1,00,000 Liter sewage on a regular basis will help to enhance Oxygen level in aeration tank.
Ø For the first time user use double the dosage of BIO-OXYMAS for 4 to 5 days as 4 times with 4hrs interval, to clear the existing condemnation, in this time doesn’t use the water for gardening purpose.
BIO-OXYMAS WORKING PRINCIPLE
BIO-OXYMAS contains Oxygen + Bacteria stimulator, BIO-OXYMAS will enhance Oxygen level in aeration tank, When the Oxygen get increase it will help to Detoxify Harmful gases and substances such as Ammonia, Nitrates and H2S. The stimulator will improve the Bactria growth. When the toxic chemicals are removed from the sewage, Bactria growth will improve and that will degrade the sludge and reduce the sludge level.
When you add BIO-OXYMAS in the collection tank, it will break the harden sludge. That will be converted as a MLSS (Mixed Liquid Suspended Solids)
When you add BIO-OXYMAS in the aeration tank, BIO-OXYMAS will bring out the sludge in top off the aeration tank first then after 1 – 11/2 hr it will get settle.
In the settling tank give retention time minimum 3-4 hrs. After the retention time the water from settling tank to filtration process. There we must give chlorination in the filtration process, since we have to kill the bacteria for hygiene before reusing the water.
Note
1.BIO-OXYMAS adding quantity will vary depending upon the Sewage Treatment Plant condition and in flow rate of the Sewage water.
2. In the collection tank, if the harden sludge is more then we have to add BIO-OXYMAS more according to the condition of the MLSS present in the aeration tank.
3. In the aeration tanks if the contamination level and flow of the Sewage water is high then also we have to add more BIO-OXYMAS, according to the condition.
4. We can stop the Blower in aeration tank when we apply BIO-OXYMAS, The stop timing will be vary depending upon the plant condition and time interval of dosage.
5. Strictly check the pH level before using the treated water for gardening purpose. If the pH level is greater than 9, must use pH reducing agent on or after final filtration
