Water Absorption Tester-Klemn Type

For measuring the degree of water absorption of paper & cloth by the principle of the capillary rise in millimeters by suspending a specimen in a vat filled with water. Eight pieces of specimens (15 mm wide) are clamped at the top, their lower end is exposed to water in the vessel at the bottom and the amount of water absorbed and risen in the specimens is read from the scale and time. Similarly absorption characteristics of liquids like ink, oil etc. can also be measured. Scale Range 0-200 mm.
