The Quartz 2 Stage Distiller, XL-Series comes with a capacity of 8 and 10 Liters per hour. It consists of 2 Heaters inside and 2 Condensers outside on each Boiler It is manufactured using quality raw materials as per standards set by the industry. The replaceable quartz heater eliminates frequent shut down of the equipment. Quartz Teflon Stopcock is provided for easy draining and cleaning of boiler. We undertake bulk orders with an assurance of prompt delivery.

 BUILT-IN TRIPLE SAFETY

1)     Digital Temperature Controller (DTC) for safety of the boiler. The unit switches off when water level in the boiler falls below the heater.

2)     Flow Switch for safety of the condenser. The unit switches off when water supply to condenser is interrupted.

3)     Gate Valve conserves cooling water wastage by stopping water supply to condenser when unit shuts off due to Power failure.
