We are offering water filling system.
Conveying by air-blowing tunnel, bottle in-let screw wheel and bottle neck clamps, eliminating bottles screw and conveyor chains. So it is easy to transform bottles shapes.
Bottle conveying applies to neck-gripping technology in the whole course. If the bottles’ shapes are changed, please just replace nylon parts associated with the bottle diameter, just as arc guide plate, track wheel and so on. There is no need to adjust the equipment’s height.
High-speed transmission in line applied to bottle clip technology. It is more freedom for bottle variation and more compact for the work plate within units.
Washing, filling and capping progress are completely finished in 3 in 1 unit. So bottle wear is less, drive is exact and stable. Bottle replacement is more convenient.
Bottle washing machine’s bottle clips are designed specially and made by stainless steel. So they are hard and durable. No touch on the bottle screw part can avoid the bottles’ secondly pollution.
High-speed high flow gravity filling valve fills fast. And its liquid lever is accurate without liquid loss. All parts in contact with the liquid are made of high-quality stainless steel or food-grade engineering plastics. Most of the electrical system adopt to imported components, consistent with national food hygiene standards.
Trackwheel bottom pallet adopt by the way of downward spiral. So there is no need to adjust the bottle conveyor height if the bottle shapes are changed.
