ALMONARD water heaters are manufactured under the technical expertise, non compromising quality control and in accordance to the conditions laid down by Bureau of Indian Standards and confirms to IS:2082 (part-1) for Storage water hater, IS: 8978 for Instant water heater

ISI marked Snap-action stem type Thermostat (safety device) with a temperature range between 30°C to 75°C, preset at 65°C is fitted. This device automatically controls the water heating beyond the safe/required limits.

To ensure further safety in case of Thermostat failure or dry heating of Element, another special Safety device-THERMAL CUTOUT is fitted. This device automatically cuts off Electric Supply when the temperature exceeds 90°C. (The red indicator lamp starts glowing immediately).

Pressure relieving valve is fitted at the inlet pipe of the water heater to check & relive excess water pressure, if it exceeds 30N/cm2(50psi) i.e.3.5 kg/cm”.

Space gap between the inner Copper container and the Outer Mild Steel casing is insulated with best quality vermin proof glass wool/puf which ensures minimum heat loss resulting in saving of time and electricity consumption.

This is an additional when temperature reaches at about 99° in case of thermostat failure and release the hotwater safety. It can easily be replaced by opening inspection cover.
