The cutting table comprises a precision-built steel construction embodying linear direct-drive motors on each of the two main axes. To achieve the required precision, the bridge and self-propelled carriage plate are powered by two direct-drive linear motors on each side. This results in a speed range from 1 to 30.000 mm/min.
Use of these components and construction enables the installation to achieve positioning accuracy and repetition accuracy of ± 50µm (at 20^oC) across the machine's full range. The guide ways and drives are suitably protected from water and abrasive through bellows and protective stainless steel plating.

Direct-drive linear motors guarantee :

Better cutting behavior and absolute repetition accuracy (without needing to back-up) of the cutting head compared to traditional mechanical transitions using spindle, pinion, rack and gears.
Low maintenance as a result of the non-contact principle, combined with greatly reduced wear parts consumption.
Wide range of cutting speed and jogging speed, adjustable from very low to very high.
Fast response enables cutting speed to be rapidly changed.

Unmanned Production
Due to automatic control of the PJ high pressure pump and the process parameters, permanent supervision during the cutting process is not required. Resato water jets are equipped with an automated stop function that trips once a cutting task is completed. This means that all units will be acting in standby mode or will shut down and almost no energy is required.

Company profile after completing diploma in mechanical & electrical engineering mr.shrirang sadashiv ranade started business in 1975 dealing in cutting tools, measuring instruments, hand tools, machine tools accessories, garage tools in the name of m/s techno trades 1975 to 1983, the company earned a good name in all the local small scale industrial units. 1983 to 1989 Mr. Ranade concentrated more on garage tools & equipment for this purpose Mr. ranade had traveled to many places in india to perfectly set up the garage tool division from 1990 onward mr.ranade shifted all efforts & resources to machinery business. for this business he has traveled to punjab, gujarat, states to source best indian machines to supply to various types of customers in & around pune . In 1993 he started a small showroom to bhosari industrial area. After the liberation of economic policy in india the indian market started changing due to new import policy by govt. Of india many machines came from various countries. After seeing market conditions in india and information got from all machine tool show attened mr.s.s.ranade saw machine tool show all over india .we decided to shift over to import & export business which was need of hour. Mr. Ranade then started to search for international imports & exports and first went to singapore to see metal asia 96. & went to beijing china to see exhibition on machinery. Then in the next year 1997 march went to attended timtos 97 in taipei taiwan. In april 1997 he attended cimt 1997 in beijing china. Then in 1998 april he went to korea & taiwan with 3 various custmer & then saw simtos 98 in seoul machine tool show, also used machinery show 98 in seoul. After studying market in asia and trying to make business in india. But result was not very good he put his attention to europe and result was very good from 2000 onwards mr.ranade is presently engaged in the new & used second hand machinery from europe techno crafts is a firm with all necessary infrastructures & has a team of dedicated members who are in a position to generate suitable business & even after sales & service.
