VINSON has incepted its business roots in the year 1989 by designing, manufacturing and marketing of all types of small Boilers Accessories involving both IBR and Non IBR pressure parts by its former name “Vijay Fabricators & Trading Company”. And today the company hasimmerged into its core competency of Steam, Power and Cogeneration. The company started its journey by manufacturing Bi-Drums, Membrane Wall Panels, Deaerator, Economisers and Air – Pre Heaters of different capacities for customers like Thermax Ltd., ISGEC Heavy Eng., Thyssen Krupp, L & T MHI Boilers, Walchandnagar, Megaserve, etc. after the great success company achieved its promotion by the Capacity enhancement projects of Ugar Sugar Works, Khandoba Sugar, Apollo Tyres and other valued organizations.
VINSON have been audited & approved by ISO 9001-2008 accreditation by TUV Austria CERT. Our Boilers manufacturing Plant is approved by IBR “The Indian Boiler Regulation Act 1950” and the standards of manufacturing facilities with the technical skills which are been also granted by Thermax (I) Ltd. This is a reflection of our quality standards, which easily measures up to Standard requirements. Also Vinson has a team of highly qualified, trained and experienced engineers for its operations in Designing, Development, Manufacturing and Services. The company also has got a highly skilled team of IBR welders, Fabrication, Fitting, Machining and Electrician trades. Today, our Structural and Pressure Part Fabrication capacity is more than 300 M Tones/month.
