1. Features:
(1) It’s a self-adhesive waterproof butyl rubber sheet with a steel plate inserted

2. Application:
Used in waterproofing and sealing of concrete joints of subways, tunnels, dams, culverts and other underground works, effectively preventing leakages due to structural deformations.
3. Basic Performance:
(1) Appearance: black sheet parceled by release paper.
(2) Density of 1.14 ± 0.1 g//cm3
(3) Heat resistance: 90 degrees Celsius for 2h with no flowing, cracking and deformation.
(4) Low temperature flexibility:-40 degrees Celsius with no cracking.
(5) Water absorption: 168h 23 ± 2 degrees Celsius ≤ 0.3%
(6) Shear force between self-adhesive butyl and steel ≥ 11N/mm
(7) Vertical adhesive strength between waterproof sheet and mortar board ≥ 0.1MPa
(8) Shear force between waterproof sheet and mortar board ≥ 2.5N/mm
4. Using:
Tear off the isolation paper; remove the two release films of faying surface at both ends of the waterproof sheet ( longitudinal lap length 110mm); compact the lap by hand (lap length is 100mm); make the longitudinal center line of waterproof sheet align with the center line of expansion joints and fixed; then fix the model to pull concrete.
Packing: Cartons.
Transportation: Non-hazardous material, transport as general cargo.
Storage: Keep level in a cool and dry warehouse to prevent direct sunlight and keep away from heat. Storage period is six months.
