Technobond ACP 
Acrylic base polymer for making site batch, protective & waterproofing slurry coat. 
Description – Technobond ACP is a milky white styrene acrylic co-polymer based liquid used for repairs, waterproofing  of terrace, roof tops and for modifying cementitous composition to improve compact, flexural& adhesive strength.

uses- 
Due to  excellent  UV rays stability mainly use in Waterproofing slurry for open  terrace,  slab ,parapet treatment and exterior wall plastering (Anti crack).
As a Bonding slurry coat, Patch repair mortar in exterior expose surfaces.
Surface Preparation –
Surface to be coated must be clean & sound so, remove all traces of pre –coating (old mortar )& other materials that may affect bonding .
Cleaning method like high pressure water jetting, Sand blasting, mechanical wire brushing are used in surface cleaning.
After above surface preparation surfaces must be wash by little soapy water then thoroughly wash by tap water to remove all dust & loose particles.
All cracks & Below holes must be cut out & filled 50% portion by 1:1 ratio(wt/wt) Technobond ACP : Cement . Then 50% portion of holes & crack filled by our product TECHNOSEAL.
 
If the surfaces such as leaking brick bate koba, lime terracing, pre coating any poor waterproofing material or defected surfaces then contact our technical & professional team for your excellent satisfaction.
 
Technobond ACP modified slurry suggested only on sound substrates like R.C.C. slab (Jenuine surface) and not for waterproofing like, leaking brick bate koba or lime terracing & precoating any poor waterproofing material. 
Mixing and application procedure for waterproofing slurry (Terrace waterproofing ):-
For making Terrace waterproofing .
Technobond ACP + Cement as 1 :1.5 to 2 ratio by volume.
 
Mix slowly to form lump free creamy consistency using slow speed drill fitted with paddle.
Leave the mixutre and wait for 5 mins to allow it for full saturation.
 
Do not add any additional material, use the mixture within hour, Simultaneously wet the substrate (Highly porous material will require more prewetting, but care should be taken that no standing water should be on substrate.)
Remix to restore the consistency
Apply first Coat by brush / broom within a 45 mins or less under hot weather condition, care should  be taken that material should not spread too thinly. (If substrate is found more porous then apply extra 
coat. )Left it for 1 to 5 hours depending on film thickness.
Apply Second coat in opposite direction to the first coat.
Top protection coat: As grey cement having dark colour absorb more sunlight resulted increase roofing temperature and decrease life of applied coating material. To avoid such condition and to increase the shelf life of coating material use our specialize multipurpose product Techno-magic (based on UV rays reflective material.)
 Apply Techno-magic with maximum 10% water dilution only by brush                 
For excellent result it is suggested to apply more than two coats in opposite direction to the first coat.
For protection of whole coating material, it is suggested to remove standing water continuously specially in rainy season.
Mixing and application procedure for Repair Mortar:-
For making Vata,  Corners, Repair big crack and old to new substrate
Mix Technobond ACP : Cement : Sand: Water as to 1 : 2 : 3 to 5 ratio by volume, add required amount of water to achieved trowable consistency of mortar.
Coverage:- Consumption depends on application and the nature of substrate.
Packaging:- 500ml/ 1/5/10/20/210 Ltr.
Storage:-Shelf life is 12 month when stored in cool and dry condition.
