clean tech latex super is based on synthetic rubber emulsion, which provides good adhesion and water resistance to mortar/concrete. It improves flow, workability, adhesion to substrate and bond strength properties.

the resultant mortar will have low permeability, reduced porosity. Hence, it reduces ingress of moisture, co2, so2 gases and chlorine ion penetration , hence increase the durability of concrete.

usage:as a bonding and waterproofing agent in concrete and mortar, floor repairs, roof finishing, as a adhesive and hardener for plaster, floor and roof screeds and topping , water resistant adhesive for fixing brick slips, tiles wall capping stones etc.
