Erich Electromagnetic Lifters

These magnets are advantageously used to solve may welding and transportation problems. it can develop a strong magnetic power despite its rather small dimensions. If used as clamping magnet when welding steel plates, section iron, beams and heavy steel construction, time consuming alignment of the components can be saved. When preparing profiles or sheets for welding, the magnet is put on the parting line. After current is switched ON, the magnet pulls both components on the same level so that an exact welding operation can be performed. Cross joints and connection plates are firmly held for convenient welding, marking and drilling. By eliminating slings, some advantages are in fact attained, such as quick lifting of some pieces difficult to be reached, direct and precise positioning of the pieces to be worked, automatic feeding of the machines, the handling of some parts which are not easily lifted mechanically or which could be damaged by the use of chains or other tools. To satisfy the above mentioned needs, we have engineered the ERICH ELECTROMAGNETIC LIFTERS (ELM) set consisting of: --superior class "H" insulated moisture proof excitation copper coils. ----strong outer frame of pure iron. The Electromagnets are supplied ready for service including Rectifier, ON -OFF switch, fuse, indicating lamp, cable and crane eye bolt. It is generally designed for 220 Volt AC Single Phase 50 Hz. On request it may be supplied for different voltages.
