dissolution method] pour the softener pearl hd slowly into room temperature water in the proportion of 5-10%,then stir and heat to 60-65 degree,it need about 1-2 hrs. After observing the flakes are totally dissolved, continually stir the mixture till to get a uniform paste. Stir until the paste cool down to prevent forming film at the surface of solution. The temperature is not above 70dgree, otherwise the emulsion is hard to even because of viscosity. Direction for usage:
a. Dip padding method: 20-30gl(10%solution), temperature 30-40 degree, double-dip-double-nip or one-dip-one-nip. B. Immersion method: 3-8% (o.w.f) (10%solution),bath ratio-1:10-15,optimum temperature 40-50degree,15-30min. Storage & package: can be stored for 12 months under cool and well ventilated condition. 25 kg per bag.
