Weld Pins We use our advanced ceramic materials to make high performance weld pins for resistance welding applications within the automotive and other spot welding assemblies within the metal fabrication sector. Our weld pins are made using Nilcra™ Zirconia, a tough monolithic ceramic material that maintains strength and hardness even at high temperatures. It is electrically insulating, non-magnetic and has a high surface finish, all of which make it resistant to wielding sparks and spatter.
