Rules of thumb for welded wire mesh
redrawing wire welded wire mesh is the most bright, second is the electro galvanized beforeafter welding, then stainless steel welded wire mesh, the last is hot dip galvanized welded wire mesh.
Distinguish:
redrawing wire welded wire mesh, there is a little black spot on the cross-point of welds, but outward appearance luminous and beautiful.
Hot dip galvanized welded wire mesh, zinc coating is thicker, but color is darker, and there is a bit of spangles. The cost is higher.
Electro galvanized beforeafter welding, no spangles.
The same specification and size, stainless steel welded wire mesh have the highest cost.
When openning is 25 mm, this allow maxinum wire diameter is about 6 mm.
Wire diameter of less than 1.6mm and width of less than 1.5m is the common specification, the process is easy.
Wire diameter of more than 1.6mm, such as 2.0mm, 2.5mm, and width is 1.83mm, the type of welded mesh is hard to manufacture, because of width of machine need to be wider, and motor powers of equipment are large, so machining cost is also high.
