ZT.SJ101（Bonded flux） In accordance with GB/F4A4-H08MnA F5A4-H10Mn2 Equivalent to AWS F7A4-EH14 DESCRIPTION: ZT.SJ101 is a bonded type high basic flux with ball form gray granule about 10-60 mesh in size. It can be used on AC or DC power source, and also can be used large current. Its unique features include stable arc, easy slag removal and smooth bead with head appearance. The weld metal shows good toughness at low temperature. APPLICATIONS: In combination with H08A.H08MnA.H08MnMoA.H10Mn2 wires, this flux is suitable for welding of low alloy steels for important products, such as boilers, pressure vessels, pipelines,etc. It is also suitable for multiple-wire submerged are welding, especially for butt welding of large diameter vessel with one-pass on both sides. GUIDELINES FOR USAGE: 1.Dry the flux at 300-350℃ for 2 hours before use 2.Completely remove rust, oil and dirt from the groove surface prior to welding.
