Welding Positioner also called as Welding Turntable is a type of automatic positioner. It works in MIGMAG-CO2 and TIG Welding source, making a set of special circumferential automatic welding system. This system is suitable for circumferential welding of parts of automobile and auto-bike, also suitable for making of metal parts which need a mass of circumferential welding.
Technical Specification
1. The headstock can be turned 90º. The principal axis can be turned random direction to fit
different angle.
2. Drive by DC motor, good performance, large timing range, available for large range of work
piece.
3. Equipped with foot pedal switch, operated conveniently.
4. Operate by one key, you only need to press the welding key after debugging, it will weld
automatically.
5. Having emergency stop function, it will stop urgently when special situation occurs in welding
processing.
