WELDING POSITIONER BY MEMCO

MEMCO Positioners consist mainly of a worktable with provision for rotating it at variable speeds through 360*, along with the facility of tilting it. The worktable is mounted on antifriction bearings specially designed to bear loads. The table is provided with �T�slots for clamping the jobs or fixtures.
The workpiece held on the table van be positioned in the required ideal welding angle for convenience and better weld deposits. Rotation is possible in clockwise or anticlockwise direction.
Infinitely variable speed control is achieved through AC Inverter �VFD� Drive.
The main frame is a rugged steel fabricated body fitted with assemblies that facilitate the tilting mechanism.
The tilting angle can be viewed on the graduated scale provided on the Pivot Shaft.
Limit switch and mechanical stopper are provided in the tilting mechanism to prevent overrun.
