Wet Granulator

Rapidmixer and wet granulator is a very precision machine performing dry mixing and wet granulation in the same bowl only in 6-12 minutes. The entire operation is fully automatic including the discharge. All parts coming in contact with the material to be mixed are made of stainless steel and are highly polished. Drive motors and elecrtic control gear mounted on the machine can be flame proof. In such case separate control pane will be located in a low risk area. The machine is available in 10 different sizes from 10 litres to 1200 litres. Select the size of the machine according to your batch size. For 400 lts capacity model vessel overflow capacity level is 400 lts, working volume is 80% of 400 lts = 320 lts. Assuming the bulk density at 0.5, one can take a batch of 160 kg of wet mass. in a 400 lts capacity model.
