Available type of Scrubbers: For only fumes straight inlet packed type wet scrubber is used where spray take place by re circulation of the existing water followed by the make up water. Mist eliminator is used on the top section of the scrubber to avoid carry over of the water in the atmosphere. 
For fumes with fine dust/powder, ventury type inlet wet scrubber is considered where the fine dust/ powder get mixed due to high velocity and pressure.
