An attendant wheel chair is a wheel chair designed to be pushed by someone else, i.e. attendant propelled. Attendant propelled wheel chairs are generally used for short or long term mobility. Attendant propelled wheel chairs usually have much smaller, rimless back wheels. They are mainly used to transfer people from one short distance to another and come with folding frames which are compactly stored away when not in use.
