the hd5115 series are high performance step-up 10-series(with a suffix, 6-series for b suffix) white led drivers designed for driving up to 27 white leds, 3w leds in series 9 strings, all from a single cell lithium ion battery.the hd5115 series use current mode, fixed frequency architecture to regulate the led current, which ismeasured through an external current senseresistor. Its low 300mv feedback voltage reduces power loss and improves efficiency. The hd5115 series are turned off if an over-voltage condition is presentdue to an open circuit condition. The hd5115 series include under-voltage lockout,current limiting, open-load and thermal overload protectionpreventing damage in the event of an output overload.
The hd5115series are available in sot23-5 and sot23-6 packages.
