    ACC® ZSF is white microsilica with SiO2 up to 92%-96%. As a by-product of zirconia, it has excellent features both in silica and zirconia, such as high SiO2 content, fine granularity, large surface area, and good fluidity to enhance the wear resistance, durability and reinforcement performance in the fields of injection materials, concrete, refractory, ceramics and electronic materials.

    ACC® ZSF white microsilica series is mainly used in unshaped refractory materials, construction, ceramics, pigments and chemical industry, etc.

    • Used in the construction of cement concrete: it can eliminate material segregation and improve the concrete strength, enhance the wear resistance and durability of concrete, prevent corrosion of steel, etc.
    • Used in monolithic refractories: it can effectively reduce the water addition, it has good thixotropy, and low temperature combination effect. It is an ideal combination of agent, binder, additives and performance improvement material.
    • Used in unsteady casting of ladle: it can be used at high temperatures.
    • Used in high alumina brick, magnesia brick, sliding water mouth brick, kiln and other high temperature equipment and other refractory materials to improve the quality of products.
