Aaha Impex White Pepper Corn

White peppercorns come from the berries of the piper nigrum pepper vine, a plant native to South and Southeast Asia.  The berries are picked when they are fully ripe. They are then soaked in water to ferment and soften the outer skin, which is then removed. This process gives white peppercorns their smooth texture and distinct earthy perfume.
