isc products are guaranteed to conform to all necessary forms including, but not limited to: metallurgy, heat treatment, surface conditioning and surface finish. Any accurately identified component part that does not provide at least equal “form” properties to that of an original equipment manufacturer [oem] supplied part will be fully refunded – no questions asked.
Function
isc products are guaranteed to provide function and performance equivalent or better than original equipment components used in the same application. Any accurately identified component part that does not meet original equipment part functionality or wear life will be refunded fully or on a prorated basis based on the component part.
