Egg powder is made from fresh hen eggs and egg mixture, no preservatives and no additives, by pasteurization and drying by atomization and heat treatment.
Egg powder Application:

· Drink
· Omelettes, paneurs (schnitzels, fish, etc.) Usage: one whole egg powder mixed with 3 parts of warm water. The system is made by mixing slow gradually to avoid concentrations of dust. After the hydration, the liquid egg is left reconstituted before use in this state about 30 minutes to ensure dissolution of all dust particles. 1 Kg. Whole egg powder is the equivalent of 90 fresh eggs. 250 grams of whole egg powder and 750 ml. Water corresponding to approx. 22 fresh eggs.
